After intercepting a drug shipment from Thailand and discovering five dead bodies among the illicit cargo, Special Agent Andrew Kang (D.Y. Sao) arrests a Los Angeles-based international drug cartel agent (Brian Le) and goes undercover to dig deep into Bangkok’s criminal underworld.
